Lycogel Camouflage Colors

Dermacia MD’s Lycogel camouflage uses a scientifically proven Cross Pigment Factor Color System that measures the undertones and hues of your skin so your shade will blend in perfectly.

To find your perfect color match, determine whether your skin has blue or yellow undertones. Examine your palm, the inside of your forearm and/or the tops of your ears. Peachy pink means your are yellow-based. Rose pink undertones mean you are blue-based. Examine the inside of your wrist and notice the color of your veins. Green or greenish blue means you are yellow-based while blue means you are blue-based.

The following colors are yellow-based: Crème, Beige, Honey, Almond, and Tawny. The following colors are blue-based: Ivory, Taupe, Mocha, Coco and Ebony. The most popular shade for light to medium olive Caucasian skin is Beige; Tawny and Ebony are great for African –American skin; and Ivory for the very light skinned.

After determining your perfect shade of foundation, if you need heavier spot coverage choose the coordinating yellow-based or blue-based concealer to match.
